Life's always been tough. It is getting tougher with time. I guess that is the story most of us. There is not enough time for all our complaints about life. In reality, life is not hard. Our negative and pessimistic thoughts make our lives difficult. The logic is simple to understand. Just because we do not have enough money to buy all that we want, it does not mean our life is tough . Not possessing such objects does not make us inferior . By having we are not superior to anyone. So does it make sense to be upset about those unattainable objects? Being upset results in depression . We are less motivated due to depression. With a lack of motivation, our focus drops . A drop in focus results in unexpected delays in our regular work. Such delays eventually make us think it is our bad luck . But is it? It's a chain of events created by our negative thoughts.
