Lonely Life & Google Calendar

Life's always been tough. It is getting tougher with time.

Lonely Life & Google Calendar

I guess that is the story most of us.

There is not enough time for all our complaints about life. In reality, life is not hard.

Our negative and pessimistic thoughts make our lives difficult.

The logic is simple to understand.

Just because we do not have enough money to buy all that we want, it does not mean our life is tough.

Not possessing such objects does not make us inferior. By having we are not superior to anyone.

So does it make sense to be upset about those unattainable objects?

Being upset results in depression.

We are less motivated due to depression.

With a lack of motivation, our focus drops.

A drop in focus results in unexpected delays in our regular work.

Such delays eventually make us think it is our bad luck.

But is it?

It's a chain of events created by our negative thoughts.

Stop feeling lonely.

Stop negative thoughts.

It might be tough right now.

But like after every night, day follows, just like that good times will also come.

The easiest way to keep harmful thoughts away is by keeping yourself busy.

Live and enjoy your good times.

Prepare and improve skills to deal with future bad times.

This is where Google Calendar can be helpful.

Record birthdays of your close friends and family.
Wish them and make their life better on their special days.

Add reminders for all the necessary tasks in your life.

Finally, create new Goals.

Sync your calendar to your phone and keep track of all these.

Trust me completing your tasks on time can keep you happy and let you live your life peacefully.

Add some Goals in your calendar. It's easy to do them in Google Calendar.

Set a ME Time.

Google Calendar will learn your best times, based on location, timing and your adjustments of time.

Let it learn what suits you and remind you.

Trust me, this is one easy way to kill your loneliness and harmful thoughts.

Add other goals such as reading books, playing a sport, or exercising.

This will help you achieve that crucial work-life and health balance.

Look for the good in everyone.

Hope for good things to happen.

Be an optimist by choice.

Things will change.

Let's be kind for a change.

Let's be positive about everything.

Use Google Calendar efficiently.

Make yourself busy and happy.

Peace!
