  1. Double-check your content with Grammarly.
  2. Read your content aloud. If possible, have someone else listen to it.
  3. Remove fancy words or jargons. 
  4. Eliminate passive voice.
  5. Use very few adverbs.
  6. Shorten sentences over 20 words. 
  7. Keep paragraphs to a maximum of 5 sentences.
  8. Double-check links in the blog post
  9. Look for spelling & word errors - there could be mistyped words such as form instead of from.
  10. Ensure the tone of voice for your brand is maintained all through the post.
